Deniz Bayrak, born in Istanbul in 1974, started his first musical activities with Grup Baran. After high school, he studied at Müjdat Gezen Art Center and Marmara University Atatürk Faculty of Education.
In 2004, they released the album ” Aşk Beni Büyütmedi” with the band Patika, which he founded with his friends from Grup Baran, Hüsamettin Küçük and Muharrem Akgün, which also included poet Mehmet Çetin.
In the same year, they formed the band Destur with Hüsnü Arkan and Erkan Gürer and released the album “Deli Bu Dünya”.
He also composed music for many TV series, movies and commercials with the band Bolahenk, which he founded with his friends from Ezginin Günlüğü.
He took part as a composer, songwriter, arranger and performer in Daniska’s first album “Mış Gibi”, which he joined in 2016, and was released in 2019. The song “Yaş Hüzün Şarkısı”, whose lyrics and music belong to him, received great acclaim with its video clip.
In 2017, he joined the band Ezginin Günlüğü, whose albums he had previously featured in. The song “Yine Aşk Var”, whose lyrics were written by Hüsnü Arkan and composed by herself, was sung by Zuhal Olcay. He took part in the albums and stage performances of many of the country’s leading artists.
In 2018, he composed the music for the 2-act play “Meçhul Paşa”, staged by Tiyatroadam, written by Ahmet Sami Özbudak and directed by Emrah Eren.
As of 2022, he left the groups with which he performed stage and album work and started working on a solo album.
